Keith, nope, I haven't flipped anything with Wit... have more than enough money in the account... the only logical explanation is that they have three categories of e-mails.. 1) affirmation requests 2) allocation 3) allocation unavailable (a) and (b) and the person in charge of maintaining them did not change the wording... like when they don't post money you sent them for a couple of days and make you sweat bullets... good luck to all amein
