Hello Dave, silver actually hit my near term forcast, a couple months after the report. I still see $8 to $10 as the next target area, however it does not look like we can make it by July the way the precious metal market has been going.

It may take silver inventories to fall extremely low to get silver moving. The market seems in no mood to anticapate this happening.
