logpoint (Sam?), I noticed that Kash had accepted your offer to visit the Log Point office to better understand the company's product offerings. This was done within minutes of your offer on May 4th. Kash's request was to email him with details, in particular, the non-disclosure agreement (NDA)that you wanted him to abide to. Yesterday, Kash indicated that he was never contacted by Log Point personnel. He seems to still be willing to visit and, maybe,will report back his findings to the LGPT SI message board. Being a new shareholder, I would encourage this visit and the information that Kash could add to myself and other investors. Will you arrange to provide Kash with the NDA so the visit can be arranged? I believe that Kash has a background that could be beneficial in providing an independent examiniation of the Log Point products. He is the President of MacroTech Semiconductor, Inc.
