The Network Associates/CSCO deal flies in the face of Checkpoint's OPSEC client
strategy. The current IRE VPN client is at risk especially if LUcent in NJ gets involved.
Network Associates has a vested interest in this play where CheckPoint has "too
many" competitive overlaps.
