I don't think that Dell management team is not as focused or stretched as so many people believe. Two so-so quarters in a row is not DELL style. I still believe that Dell has the third best management team behind Softie and CSCO.
The PC market is indeed not as it used to be. Dell still is the best within its group and has the best business model. The problem, just as I pointed out 6 months ago, Dell is great, but in the wrong sector.
