News released last night - you have to really look for it now that Yahoo does not carry it. Here it is: quotes.freerealtime.com "Leah Industries Inc is pleased to announce that the company has retained investment bankers to facilitate the sale of the manufacturing operations of Sib-mach, its 60% owned subsidiary. Leah Industries will retain all oil and gas operations, and it is the intent of management to utilize part of the proceeds of the sale to expand oil and gas production, with the balance of the sale proceeds to be paid to shareholders by way of a special dividend. Leah management sees this as the first step in the process towards relisting of the common shares." I would think some of the other things in getting relisted are: 12/31/98 Audited #'s - yes 6 mos ago 3/31/99 #'s Fully reporting Etc. Hopefully more releases coming...
