I suppose 480 million bbls proven reserves means perhaps as much or more probable. This is a great time to have oil and cash to get lots of it out. Russian production costs are very low.

I was thinking May 2000, by which time I may be in Moscow. The stock market there seems mighty interesting, think I read that if things went from terrible to just bad in Russia, the RTS index should double.
