Sarmad,

It's like this: you develop an aggressive plan of attack with entry points expected on the dip, in a company you want to own. You run your plan. You ignore the crowd. You feel the knots in your stomach like everyone else but you know they are a good sign. If it gets much worse than you expect, you do have to preserve capital. That's it. You win some, you lose some. The goal is to win much more often, and much more when you do win. Others may not understand, but you hand in your card at the end of the day. It doesn't matter how you do it, as long as your score is good, over the long haul. You cannot win every day.
