Cliff Eschner of Layfield emailed me in April. He said Layfield owns approximately 1 million shares of Southern African Minerals (saf.tse) which it may sell to fund its programs in Botswana and Mexico. It is possible they may use the money for something else. Be nice to get a news release from them. russett
