Good morning to all,

Not much more that I comment on right now with respect to what has ben going over the last several days. According my sources as well as DR
and John V, something very positive and substantial will be completed and released shortly. I found it very ironic yet interesting that all 3 of us have heard very similar stories. When they purchased Toledo Pickling, they purchased it with a great deal of CDNO paper. Now if you owned Toledo why would you sell and not take cash over CDNO paper. I'll tell you why- because you knew that the stock had a very high probability that it would head higher and there is much more money to be made that way. I'm telling all of you that this is just the beginning to an eventful summer.

The company is and has been going through a metamorphisis and is transforming itself. All of us that have been buyers will realize what a great bargain we have on our hands a few months from now. As always, take everything that you hear and read with a grain of salt and there is nothing more comforting and reassuring than doing your own DD. I can only offer what I've been hearing and what I have been told. Thus far, everything that I have heard and have been told is dead on! This is only the beginning!

Cheers,
ZEUS
