Thread, it looks like Zefer is putting the pieces together to compete with USWB down the road...http://www.zefer.com/ Strong rumors indicate they will announce the purchase of Neoglyphics Corporations from REGI today. If true, it looks like they're embarking on the same strategy as USWB. Buy, buy, buy while the industry is still in it's infancy in order to maximize "talent of scale" in the future. ERP, and even cash registers are moving toward the intranet/internet in one seamless IT model. The ones that should be really concerned are the SAP's and Peoplesoft's of the world. Maybe USWB will look to purchase Zefer soon? :-) This industry is going to be fascinating to watch develop! Michael
