Pursuant to TMSRs 10-K405/A fiscal 1998, 10-Q ending 31 Mar 1999, the lack of a DEF 14/A filing, notice of annual meeting, nor an Annual Meeting around May 21....it is our opinion something fiscally substantive is going down by and between Intel® and/or WeCanTalk.com...Of possible relevant significance is the fact there is no mention of Rob Smart, Loren Winzeler, et al?
