The run up to $8-$11 was because of the Delphi announcement, but I think you under estimate the psychology of someone who pays $8 for a stock. They don't like to sell for less than they paid.

Given the large volume that has traded day after day and the growing impact of the Sprott purchases (less supply) and I would suggest the floor for the stock has been raised significantly.

I wouldn't be surprised if GLE is pursuing a financing at the new price level, which would help "set it in stone".

I've been following this company for a couple of years and their releases tend to be positive surprises. They are also candid with bad news if you talk to them and I haven't heard too many negative rumours thus far.

My thought is that if it isn't Delphi, it is someone else. You forget that their main motivation for the fuel cell research was their huge customer base in the oil industry which need a low maintenance energy source which will work with dirty fuel. The standalone remote power application alone is a big deal.
