All the techies poo-poo'd my questions about IRID's birds having broadband capacity. Any visionary techies out there who think otherwise? I envision some well informed fat cat out there buying a majority interest in the bonds then seizing control and then finding new uses for IRID's birds and then having a cash cow.

Yesterday Global Crossings bought a stake in a satellite company. That would be the best of both worlds.
