Your suscpicions are correct on the overhang there Buckey. Last Dec YRI closed a financing of over 4,000,000 shares at $1.00 and special warrants excercizable at 1.30. Since then the price has been lower than a $1.00 so there will be some pretty big selling kicking in anywhere in the $1.00 range. If it gets above the $1.30 we will have the 2,000,000 purchase warrants to eat. This one will be needing more and better news to get above this range.
