BPRX Update. Spoke with company today and found out that 4th quarter and Annual report will NOT be out till Friday or Monday. More likely on Monday, but Tuesday is even a possibility. My feeling is to watch it closely as it could come out on Friday as well. Just depends on when the accountants get it wrapped up. They said that the earnings WILL be reported DURING trading hours!!! AND , NOT after the close as was formally the case. Thats good for max. price increase but not as good for those who are not in when the news comes out. Glad I am in and do not have to watch the news second by second!! They did say that EPS for the 4th quarter will be higher then the street is projecting. Annual EPS therefor will be higher as well! Maybe a good deal better. They sounded very upbeat about the earnings. Should be some Debt. reduction, even though Debt. is currently low. The annual WILL show that the company has made great strides in turning things around. Stock repurchase is still in place. Between now( Friday the earliest ) and next Tuesday ( the latest )we might see some small gains in stock price. The bid was up 1/32 today, the ask stayed the same. The spread between the Bid and ask has narrowed to only 1/32. There was some late selling, probably by those who found out earnings were going to be 2 to 4 days late and wanted to move on to some other stock plays till earnings do come out. The company has 60 days to report Quarterly Earnings and 90 days to report Annual Earnings after the end of a Quarter or Fiscal year. Coming out with 4th Quarter and Annual earnings apx. now, will be apx. 15 days before the deadline for the Quarterly and a Month and 15 days early for the Annual. THAT is usually a VERY good sign! Remember, 4th and 1st Quarters are usually this companies best Quarters. Flue and Cold season! Thay have some big selling Flu and cold medicines! After this 4th Quarter earnings, we can look forward to the future First Quarter earnings being very good as well. We WILL see the Stock Price RISE VERY nicely very soon, I believe!!! Just wish we did not have to wait a few more days!! I can be a very impatient person! Later
