Yes, the transaction fee will add to revenues and profits for as long as the e-commerce systems is utilized by the banks. The initial fee of $5.0 million is basically to cover installation costs. While Veronex share of the transaction fee will be small, we anticipate that there will be numerous transactions as the system gains acceptance. The Asian-Pacific Region has about 60% of the worlds population where economic growth should be brisk over the next several years and outpace the general economy.
