No, I have no idea who started the selloff; it just started... when the market turned down this morning. I believe small holders just figured that the downturn was finally going to catch up with MRVC and wanted "to jump the gun." Only one large trade that I saw: 10,000 at 12 3/16 which I believe was between the bid and ask.
