I've been doing quite a bit of digging, lately, George. I find that
more satisfying and productive than…well…maybe I don't.
I put together a list of questions and called HGRM but apparently
they are too busy to talk right now. Therefore, we'll all have to
try to answer them ourselves with vicious lies and innuendo.
1. Are the Gost-R certs annual, per shipment or both?
2. Several banks have been shut down in Russia as part of
IMF requirements. I didn't see NeftchimBank on the "hit list."
Does this mean they are still solvent?
3. My email to EX-IM who controls millions and millions in
guarantees to American companies investing in Russia. Note,
I forwarded to HGRM but never received a response:

4. Were those HGRM holograms used by Dovgan? If so,
could that actually benefit HDI in the long run as new
demand would have been generated?
5. Holographic seals were initiated in KYRGYZSTAN in
Oct 98. This is an excerpt from the decree:

Where does HGRM fit into this picture?
I've written several agencies in the U.S. Government and in Moscow. A few
