Buying USRX to get COMS cheap (today) doesn't make any sense at all. The only time this will make any difference is on the day of the merge. Untill then, everything is pie in the sky. What happens if you buy USRX at $59.00 and it goes up to $80.00 U.S. tomorrow?
(Well, you sell of course, but that's nnot the point). You're analysis doesn't hold water. Either stock could go up or down several points at any given time. They aren't bonded together at the hip (yet).
