Grace GATE doesn't seem to want to bought out. At least, that was one of the reasons given in the proxy statement for justifying the reverse split and/or authorized share increase. Basically, the 61 million authorized but unissued shares are available for a 'poison pill' to discourage a hostile takeover. Having all those shares suddenly dumped on the market would be enough to discourage anyone! EZ
