Thor: You write:

"MIKE M. and GPGI are BUYING BACK COMPANY SHARES with first CHECK from Sabin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

spy hard, what a great question!!
I will tell you how many shares there are:
There are all of them except the ones that Mike M. will buy back at market price using the first check they get from Sabin!!!!!!!!!

That's right,
Mike M. will BUY BACK open shares at market price to show shareholders good faith and for symbolic reasons!!!!

Why not?
It is only the first check of many more to come!!
They know this would build more believers than the cost of brochures!!
This would stop the "spiking the punch bowl theory"!!
They have operated for 20 years without any checks!!
The CEO can't communicate using normal methods!!
It would makeup for the stolen shares!!"
---------------------------------------------------

Assuming they ship 1000 lbs. of slime worth $300,000, this would buy 1.2 million shares if they are $0.25 each (today's price). Seeing as how J&T got 6.2 million shares, I take exception to your last statement. It leaves us 5,000,000 shares short!

How did you learn of this development? I don't find any press release regarding authorization from the Board for such action. I realize it is a "rubber stamp board," but I'm intrigued enough to ask how you found this out before the board has even voted?

Regards,

Jeff
