Now we're getting somewhere.

The reality is, is that they ARE NOT ADMITTING TO THEIR TECHNOLOGICAL DEFICIENCIES, which is my point in bringing these issues to this forum!!

Would you run your business (if you are a shareholder) like they do, where you blame your customer for problems that you know are your own ?

Who in their right mind would think that they could get away with this?
