Listen what i'm saying is correct. The fight has come down to the 10% test. Taps holders think it's in the bag,company is looking for a way out of this bombshell. Losing that 400 million has them sweating real good. Settlement may not be far off. Dilution would pressure the stock for a while to boot. Thanks for the bandini explanation
