Observing your posts: apparently some medicare rules stopped surgical excisions of actinic keratosis, some protests occuring in medical community,however new dusa drug is indicated for the nonsurgical removal of these lesions. Guess controversy and protests need to be ironed out,if medical treatment (drug not surgical) prevails dusa stands to move and benefit.
