You must be lying to us. I find it impossible to believe that you have been a holder of this security for 12 years. (are you sure it wasn't 1.2 years?)

Anyone who held this stock from 1987 (a really scary time for Intel) to today has been through many more scary periods of doubt about: PC growth, low-end boxes, NCs, Kurlak-end-of-world calls, recession fears, ASP scares, soft quarters, etc... AND I've never heard those long term holders talk about "I'll buy it back [at half of current price]"

You are a either a fraud or one of the most remarkably unique investors I've ever encountered - and I've encountered thousands of investors in Intel.
