Richard... My due dilly is to read what the company puts in writing, not speculate on what is told in conversations with the management. Management has an agenda and I have learned to hear more of what is not being said than what is said. Gee, I hope that makes sense.

If you don't have any losers, then your not taking any risk, no risk=no reward. Still enjoy your posts and will return to lurkdome now.
