The external device will hold the removable Sandisk flash (size of postage stamp). No need to bring the player to your computer. Someone else can be using another flash memory card playing music while the spare flash is downloading new music. Am I wrong here? I believe someone mentioned all this from the Woody Norris video in S.D. Also I've received email from Wendy weeks ago confirming our devices will have removable memory.
My only gripe is the memory will only be 32M? That's only enough for 32 minutes of quality music. Can't even download a complete album? Maybe the 64M is in the making.

But think about this "removable flash" folks. All other devices I've seen mentioned over the past few months say upgradeable memory to 96M.
This is internal, nonremovable memory. I believe any manf trying to use removable will see Edig in court over patent infringements. This is a major plus in my opinion.
