I purposely did not compare DELL management with the other companies management. It would only confuse the situation.
It seems to me that DELL management could improve matters somewhat by being able to attend to all facets of this rapidly growing business without time delay.

Uh.... I understand that an experienced executive available from CPQ.... A very high person.....I believe his name is Ekhard Pfeiffer. <g>
