Toshio- i found out a little bit more information on the zero.net deal. check out below10.com there is some interesting stuff.
If you are a shareholder on the Date of Record (which they'll announce soon), not only will you get to keep all your shares of
WCLT, Zero will issue dividend in stock of 11.9 shares for every 100 shares you own. For an example, if you're a shareholder
of 10,000 shares, you will receive 1,190 shares of Zero.net. WCLT will keep trading (at a MUCH higher price I hope). What's
more is that WCLT should have a higher asset value. This means they could apply for NASDAQ small-cap. With WCLT price
of say $5 per share PLUS what you'll receive in Zero.net shares, .........well, you can just imagine the $$$. Either way, its all
around great news for shareholders. And in looking at all that WCLT is accomplishing these days, I don't think this would be
any problem for WCLT
Good luck. I hope this helps
