Joe, CNBC does sell time on Sunday for Infomercials, and I have seen one shady stock promotion scheme buy time and promote it as an 'appearance' on CNBC. It was done by PNDA, the Panda Project, though they were still Nasdaq at the time. I doubt they screen the content of those shows much. Barb
