Hammer Marty has few qualifications which I have been made aware of. He was a cofounder of a start up company, run it for some time and then sold it at a very good profit. He should know what makes a business run. Marty also was responsible (according to info gathered on this thread) for bringing in at least one major internet Maven to the TSIG table. He strongly believes in the executability of the "business model" and has some personal contributions to the tactical steps required to achieve the long range strategy. Hopefully, he also has good connection to non toxic capital which the company will require in the future. Last, he is a sizeable stockholder. Zeev
