AR, A bunch of my business buddies got together and bought shares of some horses. I went in with them and, so far, we own 4 horses on the Louisiana circuit. Two low price claimers and two maidens. I am in for a massive $5000. <g> So far, we have had a few purses which have helped to feed the critters and pay the trainers and grooms and for stall space. This is the limit of my involvement as I do not expect this to be a profitable investment. Never invest in anything that requires maintenance. But it is fun. You know, "My string of racehorses, my yacht (8 feet long), my fleet of cars (2), etc." <g>
