The Motley Fool is not a fool. He's a MORON. Yes, he and he alone is the one with the crystal ball. Don't you think that the reason that 3Com and USRX got to be the size they are is because they have "just a little bit of brains"? This deal was not made in one day. It was months in the making. Lots of lawyers, top execs, etc., all meeting day after day to come up with a deal. These people are not stupid. These are the people that get paid "big-bucks" to be right. Are these people as stupid as the ANALysts that comment on the deal? I don't think so. ANALysts are nothing more than vultures that are out to get what they can for themselves. Do ANALysts know what "secret projects" are going on in 3Com or USRX? NO! Do they know what new deals are about to be made. NO! All they know is that last year during this quarter, this company made X, and now its Y, so let's sell. Where else on earth can you get a job that pays you day in and day out for being wrong? Well, I guess there is the "weather-man", but that's another issue.
