I wasn't able to get in touch with IR last week, but I was able to a couple minutes ago. I spoke to Tony Perry (sp?).

Basically, Tony said they are excited about business prospects right now. I asked if there was an update on the NASDAQ filing and was told there should be some news next week and that if I call back late next week, he would be able to provide me with more info. I specifically asked if the form had been filed and he said "No."

I also asked about financials and was told that there is a plan to release some financial info in the next few weeks.

Something I wasn't aware of (maybe I'm not reading releases as well as I should?) is that BLLS has opened sales offices in Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York, and Phoenix.

The bills.com portal site has 1,000 registered customers with no advertising or marketing and only being up a few weeks. That's pretty good, IMO. Tony said they are targeting advertising to start for the site during Q3.

He also said their initial target for potential customers was way off and their actual potential customers is about 5X what they were expecting.

There are analysts showing interest, but not to the point of making recommendations yet. When I asked if there were any analysts speaking to them, Tony said "Oh, yeah" in a matter-of-fact way.

Tony was pretty confident that the stock price is temporary and that it would recover. In general, he was very upbeat and excited about the future.

I realize that Tony is a "salesman" for BLLS, but the info I received from him sounded good. If we do hear about NASDAQ next week, see some financials in a few weeks, and start hearing about customers being signed up, we will be rewarded very well (IMO, of course).

I plan on averaging down at this level.

Jody
