OHMIGOD!!!! Golden Eagle traded today!!!! Ok, so know everyone had something to look at. I think that we can safely assume that the 7 day thing is a crock. or Its not applicable to GE. I wonder how big this BD report actually is? I guess it dosen't really matter that they haven't released it yet. They are probably paranoid about the SEC/NASD squishing them. Hence its taking a long time for the lawyers to write up a accurate but monotone release reflecting the findings of the BD report. I guess what I am trying to say is that them not releasing the results yet is neither positive or negative. It just is. Hopefully, the lawyers will do it justice this time and do it right. Just my thoughts. Anybody know any updates regarding the pink sheets? I'm assuming that once again, the MM has responded to the NASD requests and sent them whatever was missing from the initial 211. So what is the sitrep now? MM
