Don't think we would close on a holiday..... That leaves Friday, or some special arrangements need to be made for a one day extension. Im just upset that they cut it so close. Things always happen at the last minute. To schedule a shareholders meeting before the financing was done was poor judgement. I agree we will all be fine in the long term, I just thought this team would do a better job on the execution side.
Stock moving up is a positive sign.
