While EWM is publicly traded in good volumes, and thus affords most individuals easy liquidity, the restriction imposed by Malaysian gov't have prevented the trading of creation units designed to arbitrage away premium or discount. This means that unlike other Webs, EWM may trade a considerable premium or discount to underlying NAV like a closed end fund. It was recently trading at considerable premium. There's been discussion by sponsor of reestablishing creation units, but no immediate plans.
