Re South China:

Have you looked at the information circular yet? It reinforces my concerns that the Chinese might not pay the remainder of the US$10 million purchase price beyond the sum which is already held in trust. That is not very encouraging. I knew it already, but it's not nice to see it there in the circular spelled out in black and white.
