If it is as you say, a 1:1.5 ratio makes more sense.

For me a red flag goes up when a plea for facts is met with a complaint of rudeness.

You're allowed to type or scan in the relevant verbiage, if you have it available.

My crude guess is that you do not have a copy of that agreement either. A fleeting thought is that you have never seen it. I would rudely suggest that you are passing on information that is second or third hand.
