Thank you for the post.
I went to your other post, and I agree with you to a point.
It seems that some people, like you mentioned, like to dog Intel for sport, but this obscures the possibility that Intel has not been doing as well as it has in the past and has caused, like some of us here including myself, to start looking for alternatives.
I did a five year comparison in Intel vs IBM stock prices and IBM won. That surprised me. Now, a 10, 15 or 20 year comparison may indeed prove Intel the winner, but when the 5 year brings up IBM the winner, it is suggestive to me that either due to industry or company specific reasons, the heydays of Intel are over and the stock price will have to move to match this reduced expectation.
When IBM starts to look on par with Intel as an investment, it makes me wonder.
