BidWacker, The connection as I understand: 1- Rick Rule and Bob Bishop have one thing in common besides being good friends- both are tremendous at picking stocks and have made a lot of money for themselves and their clients/subscribers. 2- Jeff Taylor (of London Taylor) is an ex-broker at Global Resources (Rick Rules and Jeff Howards firm) (that was a plug for my broker Jeff Howard 1-800-477-RULE) 3- Scott Frasier learns about these "picks" and recommends them to his readers because they will get a lot of publicity from the London Taylor group(and therefore hopefully more buying and an increased stock price). I believe Rick Rule picks the stocks, Taylor learns about them, who in turn tells Frasier who recommends them. Hope this helps- I believe it to be accurate. P.S. Sorry about the sloppy format
