1 bill in cash is good for 3 dollars a share....I would estimate, just out of the blue, 2-3 dollars a share for Novl's installed base and market share and tech..(could be more if Novl really took advantage of it) and perhaps another 2-4 dollars for things such as assets, employees, programmers, and other misc....etc.... .01 cents maybe...just maybe..... .02 cents for current management however which, imo, is at fault for letting Novl slip like it has.... After all, Novl was just recently voted #1 somewhere...can't remeber what trade show or what magazine...for netware...

Also, seems as if the beginnings of a Microsoft backlash with all the "strategic partnerships" being announce recently...Microsoft is getting to big and other companies are starting to realize that in order to sucessfully compete against Microsoft, they have to start band together...It'll be interesting to see what comes out of all of this in the near future...

Anyhow, a new well-known, prominent and network knowledgeable CEO and management could easily add 5-7 dollars to Novl's stock and start the process of returning Novl to its former glory...

Regards,
Tony M.
