More details on the old TRAM shell, per the former shell owner:

-Shell owner has less than 5% of LMGR.
-Shell owner's TRAM shares are restricted.
-All of LMG Inc's shares are restricted.
-Shell owner and friends were the ones buying on Monday.
-Only 88K in the float, 50% of those cannot be reached, leaving about 40K in the float.
-No one shareholder has more than 500 shares. Any sells you see over 500 shares is a MM selling shares short.
-Shell owner runs a brokerage house. Follows LMGR on realtime just like us. Said whoever is short will be realize it soon.
