NN.

thanks once again for the nickle bag of street dope. we small time
dealers off wall street do appreciate the contact high. (no sarcasm
intended. ok, maybe a little.)

>My question for you is WHAT CAN GO WRONG?

this one's stumped me for a while too. off the top of my head, here
are a few scenarios, albeit unlikely, in no particular order:

1) kobi & co. are sitting on a wad of cash itching to spend it along
with pricey stock, and while they very successfully pulled off the
boston merger, they boo-yah themselves in the foot with an uzi.
i've experienced two telecom blunders: TLAB-CIEN, and very
recently, USW-GBLX. (try figuring the latter one out. even
ambrose with his dungeon master's guide couldn't.) <vbg>

2) with some inane rationale, the Office of the Chief Scientist of
the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the State of Israel (no, i
didn't make that up), pulls the plug on CMVT's cushy tax break and
R&D subsidy.

3) verwaayan finds out we're not really a fly-by-night, mom & pop,
matzo ball op, pilfers LU's pension coffers (even MORE), and
mounts a real offensive.

4) y2k.
