The avg. NASDAQ pullback, aside from last July-October, has only been 10-12% since 1996. And we were down 10% yesterday. And the 10 and 21 day average ARMS is at its highest levels since I started recording it in Nov. This is the most unequivocal bullish technical sign for the mkt. I've encountered. Both ARMS avgs. just have to go a little higher to be definite signs of oversold.
