Upon yesterday, SPX was only up 4% YTD. I assume 90% of the funds can not beat the market, so most of the funds are losers for the year. Their main source of incomes are bonus which is 100% correlated with their performance, and date to determine their performance is between now and early June for the first six months. The rest of the story is easy for everyone to guess. The problem with DELL is that there is no volume. Probably we need to see either extremely high or low volume to determine the bottom.
