I don't believe that we are in limbo. Corporate information will probably come out when all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed.
As far as the IBM connection is concerned, it should be obvious that such a connection would not take place overnight. It is quite possible that there might be other pieces to this project. I understand that the recent acquisition is important because it provides an important tool for the company.
