Actually, #1 is just as valid. Peddling bilirubinometers isn't exactly a path to riches - unless you convince a bunch of suckers to buy stock in your coompany of course ;)

Bilirubin blood test are simple and extremely inexpensive. There simply isn't a large market for bilirubinometers.

The crooks behind the CCSI stock fraud may not be able to sell a bilirubinometer, but they do excel at selling worthless stock.
