Loren,

I recall nothing during the most recent conference call which would lead me to believe that the company has any "intention to make it onto NASDAQ in the not-so-distant future".

I recognize that my notes here used the word ASAP, which might well be misleading, but my recollection is firm that Don sees his scheduling priorities as (1) become fully reporting, (2) continue to grow revenues and profits, quarter after quarter, until the share price is $4 or more, and then (3) apply for NASDAQ small cap listing. Probably a better choice of words on my part would have been "in due course" or "pressing on smartly" or some such.

The impression I came away with is that this will be a matter of multiple quarters of success, followed by a real, well-funded IR effort to introduce main-stream investors (and analysts) to the stock, followed by a hopefully-inevitable climb in price.

While I am in no position to commit Don to anything regarding TSIS, I personally have very firmly put concerns of reverse splits on my back burner. I do not believe that it is an issue at this time and under these revenue/profitability circumstances.

Hope this helps to address your concerns.

JSb.
